By accessing or using Momentech ("the Service"), operated by Momen Technologies AS ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Momentech provides cloud-based inventory and equipment management software, including a web interface and mobile application. The Service allows you to track inventory, manage equipment, create orders, and export data.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Standard plan is billed monthly at the published rate. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Free trials provide full access for the stated period with no obligation to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inventory, equipment, or order data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. The Service requires an internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momen Technologies AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
